Prior to joining Partners Bank of California in 2024, Asaad served as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at BMO Commercial Bank, where he specialized in managing middle-market relationships, driving high-value lending and deposit growth, and delivering tailored financial solutions for businesses with gross annual sales between $10 million and $50 million. He also played a pivotal role in BMO’s transition from Bank of the West, navigating complex client migrations and ensuring seamless financial solutions despite technical challenges.

Asaad also served in various business banking relationship manager roles as vice president at Bank of the West, Union Bank, U.S. Bank, and Wells Fargo.

His financial expertise extends beyond banking—Asaad has personally invested in multifamily and commercial real estate in Southern California, managing properties alongside his family since a young age. His deep understanding of real estate investments and financial structuring adds a unique dimension to his ability to advise clients on business growth and capital optimization.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Asaad is a lifelong Lakers fan, with a deep appreciation for Kobe Bryant’s Mamba Mentality, having followed the team since their days at the Great Western Forum. As a former tournament basketball player, he brings the same drive, discipline, and strategic thinking to his career.

When he’s not working with clients or analyzing market trends, Asaad enjoys spending his weekends on the golf course, always aiming for a tee time whenever possible. Mr. Patton has nearly 30 years of experience managing financial institutions serving in executive roles, including president and CEO.

Prior to joining Partners Bank of California in 2022, he served as executive vice president at American River Bank, overseeing relationship managers and production staff. Mr. Patton was also responsible for community relations for emerging lending focus as well as operational and credit development.

In addition to his work at American River Bank, Mr. Patton served in executive leadership capacities at Sierra Vista Bank. While at Sierra Vista Bank, he served as president and CEO. Under his leadership, he oversaw the management of $20 million de novo after six months in operation, grew the bank to $105 million, and managed the bank for capital preservation. In addition, he succeeded in subsequent additional capital raises during his tenure.

Throughout his career, Mr. Patton has provided strategic leadership for financial institutions, managing branch activity for consumer and commercial lending, bank production and business development as well as credit and compliance. In addition, he has been featured as a prominent speaker for several financial conferences and summits in Northern California.

Mr. Patton has also served on several boards of directors for local non-profit organizations and acted as a banking and financial consultant for non-profits.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Black Hills State University, a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of San Francisco and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from Concordia University, Irvine. 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Thomas is deeply committed to community volunteering, staying active, and traveling to new destinations. Currently, he resides in Rancho Mission Viejo with his wife and their 4-year-old English Labrador named Sadie.

Dylan proudly served four years in the United States Marine Corps where he became an M1A1 Tank Commander and was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Sergeant. After his time in the Marines, he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Long Beach State University.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Redy dedicates his time to serving and volunteering in the community. Redy’s commitment to community service is exemplified through his leadership roles, such as serving as President of the Rotary Club of Thai Town and Assistant District Governor of Rotary International District 5250, comprising 64 Rotary Clubs in the greater Los Angeles area. He has been an active Rotarian since 2008, contributing significantly to Rotary Club and Rotary International District 5250’s efforts to make a positive impact at both local and international levels.

In addition to his Rotary engagements, Redy also serves as a board member of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles. Recently, he was nominated and currently serves as a board member of the United Chambers of Commerce of San Fernando Valley. Furthermore, Redy’s commitment to education and mentorship is evident through his role as an Advisory Board Member for California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Throughout his career, Jason has been honored with multiple awards in recognition of his stellar performance and top tier client service. Today, Jason carries that commitment forward to every interaction with his Partners Bank clients. 

Jason is a Long Beach, California, native who now calls the Sacramento area home with his wife, two children and Labrador Retriever. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he proudly represented the Cal Baseball program as a four-year varsity letterman.

Prior to her role as client advisor, Marissa served as an underwriter for Partners Bank of California, and focused on financial analysis and eligibility of various loan products, including SBA guaranteed loans, commercial real estate loans and lines of credit. Prior to joining Partners Bank, Marissa worked at Capital Bank until its merger with Seacoast Commerce Bank in 2017. While at Capital Bank, she specialized in SBA and State Guaranteed lending, and held various positions, including processing, documentation and closing, underwriting, and servicing. In addition, Marissa handled all secondary market loan sales.

Marissa holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University, Irvine. She is also a south Orange County native, and currently resides there with her husband and two sons, ages 3 and 4-years old.

During his time at Partners Bank of California, Tom headed the bank’s regional footprint into Los Angeles, where he launched a new branch office location in Beverly Hills in 2018. While in Beverly Hills, he led the team to source in excess of $50MM in production within the first 24 months of opening. In 2020, Tom moved back to Orange County and now operates out of the bank’s Mission Viejo branch office, where he actively manages a nine-figure portfolio.

Prior to joining Partners Bank of California in 2016, Tom began his career in financial services in 2011 and served as a business banker for US Bank, leading the region in production.

Tom lives in South Orange County with his wife and four daughters. He graduated with honors as a scholar Division 1 baseball athlete from University of California, Irvine.

Malinda’s philosophy is simple: “people bank with people.” As a third generation community business banker, there is nothing that she believes in more. Malinda’s industry experience of more than 30 years, gives her great perspective and enables her to provide clients with what she calls, “white glove service,” supporting her goal of building meaningful relationships that last generations.

Over the course of her career, she has held various positions of responsibility managing commercial banking teams, including Vice President Regional Operations Officer, Vice President Branch Manager and Vice President Business Center Manager. 

Most recently, she served as Regional Vice President for Community bank, where she was tasked with building the bank’s market presence in South Orange County.

Malinda’s experience is deeply rooted in South Orange County, having held positions in management, sales, operations, and treasury services, with a focus on providing customized solutions to professional service firms, property management companies, escrow, and non-profits. She is active in the community and previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Malinda currently serves as Director of the South OC Economic Coalition-Econ Pac, Vice President of Orange County Professional Networkers, and Director of the CARE Foundation. 

She is a fifth generation California native and has been married to her husband, Kris, for more than 24 years. Malinda has also raised two beautiful daughters, Kylee and Sierra.

Prior to rejoining Partners Bank of California in 2017, Janine served as a Vice President and Relationship Manager at Capital Bank in San Juan Capistrano for nearly five years until its merger with another bank in 2017. She primarily focused on the development of new and existing client relationships; fulfilling deposit, lending and treasury management needs.

Previous to her time at Capital Bank, Janine served as Vice President and Relationship Manager, and Vice President and Operations Manager at South County Bank for nearly a decade. During her time there, Janine was responsible for the newly-founded Laguna Beach office of the bank, overseeing operations and new accounts for that location. As she grew in her role, Janine’s focus sharpened toward both the development of new business and expansion of existing relationships for the bank. She worked closely with executive management to grow some of the largest depositors bank-wide, capitalizing on skills and relationships fostered in her prior role as vice president and operations manager.

Janine resides in South Orange County with her husband and children. She is an active member of her Church. Faith and family are important to her and when she’s not at Partners Bank of California, she’s likely on a field, or in a course or a studio with her kids.
